Creature Final - Miranda Moorhead

  1. I love the color choice you went with, it feels very believable. You did a great job of paying attention as to how the fur works in the chest area as well as the head. I would just keep working on the tail, refining the details in order to make it look as good as the rest of the body :) good job!

  2. Woooo! Looks great Miranda! The colors make it feel so alien but like Rebeca said they are believable too! I want to see a bit more detail in the feet just because I'm not sure if they are paws or maybe hooves with lots of hair on top of them. Also really great lighting on creature.

  3. I'm in love with the contrast between the teal colored fur and the orange-red stripe in it. Plus that rim light is lovely. I'd like to see a different colored background. The grey is blending a lot with the fur. It could be just because they're both a similar value, but giving it a warm hue might make the teal pop some more.

  4. I like this a lot! One thing that might help my eye flow better is matching the texture of the orange stripe to the rest of the fur, aka making some diagonal strokes to interrupt the line just a little bit, especially over the shoulder. I'd love to learn more about this creature!
