Great job on exploration! This turned out really really nice, especially the painted close up, it has a nice sense of light and the colors are great. My one suggestion would be to keep working on making the body more interesting, right now it looks like a good base but it feels a bit unbalanced or unfinished compared to the very interesting head (if that makes any sense).
The top guy's head is nice! Perhaps beefing up the neck would help, that head looks a little heavy. I would think his head is super different that his body would be more different from a human. The head is super nice, so take that concept and use it throughout. Also, which one is the rock monster? Neither of them look rocky. And on the bottom guy, make sure the upper arm is straight, it look like he'd have a really hard time moving.
